1st Line ICT Desktop Support
35 hours per week, Cardonald Campus
£24,723 per annum

Are you a team player who is committed to providing a customer focused service? We currently seek a motivated 1st Line ICT Desktop Support for our Cardonald Campus.

Responsibilities:

To provide technical support; answering support queries through telephone, remote methods and in person;
To provide 1st line installation support and maintenance for printing, unified communications, software packages and AV equipment;
To maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries and adhere to all unit procedures;
To take ownership of user problems and be proactive when dealing with user issues, escalating as required.
