An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Westmoreland Street Outpatients department to join the team as an Outpatient Clinic Coordinator.

Both written and verbal excellent communication skills are expected along with experience of maintaining databases and confidence in using Microsoft Office. The role requires someone who is proactive, willing to take ownership and accountability, and able to manage a high-volume workload.

The post holder will provide a high quality administrative, clerical and reception service to the Westmoreland Street Outpatient department and it’s teams, with a strong focus on delivering a positive patient experience, and excellent customer service.

It is a full-time post working alongside an admin team and providing support to the multidisciplinary clinical teams at Westmoreland Street. We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic and dynamic individual who demonstrates knowledge and skills with a focus on maintaining and achieving positive patient experience. Strong interpersonal skills are essential as the role involves working closely within a multidisciplinary team.

Good organisational and communication skills, flexibility, accuracy, and the ability to work autonomously, with attention to detail, within a busy environment are key attributes. A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office is crucial to this role.

The post holder will be a team player who must promote and contribute towards achieving the Trust’s UCLH top ten objectives, and demonstrate our Trust Values, behaviours and standards.
