The firm is seeking a talented and experienced Media and Tech Associate with 4+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE) to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in media and technology law, with a proven track record of handling complex legal matters in these sectors.
Your new role
- Advising clients on a wide range of media and technology-related legal issues.
- Drafting and negotiating contracts, distribution agreements, and technology transfer agreements.
- Providing strategic legal counsel on intellectual property, data protection, and privacy matters.
- Representing clients in disputes and litigation related to media and technology law.
- Keeping abreast of industry developments and regulatory changes to provide proactive advice.
What you'll need to succeed
- Qualified solicitor in England and Wales with 4+ years of PQE in media and technology law (guidelines only)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
