The firm is seeking a talented and experienced Media and Tech Associate with 4+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE) to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in media and technology law, with a proven track record of handling complex legal matters in these sectors.

Your new role

  • Advising clients on a wide range of media and technology-related legal issues.
  • Drafting and negotiating contracts, distribution agreements, and technology transfer agreements.
  • Providing strategic legal counsel on intellectual property, data protection, and privacy matters.
  • Representing clients in disputes and litigation related to media and technology law.
  • Keeping abreast of industry developments and regulatory changes to provide proactive advice.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Qualified solicitor in England and Wales with 4+ years of PQE in media and technology law (guidelines only)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
