Salary between £40,000 - £48,000 (dependent on experience) plus commission

We are seeking a dynamic individual to help us shape our future by attracting, selecting, and developing top talent. As a Recruitment + Talent Manager, you’ll be integral to driving internal mobility and ensuring our recruitment processes align with our ambitious growth plans. This is a hybrid role, where you’ll get the chance to work remotely but also visit venues in London to build key relationships and support the recruitment process firsthand.
What You’ll Do:Drive Recruitment and Selection
Work closely with key stakeholders to understand recruitment needs across our venues and create tailored recruitment plans. Manage the full recruitment process for key roles, from sourcing and attracting diverse candidates to conducting assessments and managing onboarding.Build Candidate Relationships
Provide an outstanding experience for every candidate. Build strong relationships with talent, ensuring a seamless and positive journey through the recruitment process.Support Succession Planning
Collaborate with leadership teams to identify internal talent and support mobility and career progression. Help build a future-focused talent pool for leadership roles through proactive sourcing, networking, and internal relationships.Leverage Data and Insights
Provide regular updates on recruitment progress, insights into potential challenges, and industry trends to continuously improve recruitment strategies. Keep track of competitor offerings to ensure we remain competitive in attracting top talent.Employer Brand and Social Media
Use social media and other platforms to boost Levy’s employer brand, positioning us as the employer of choice both within hospitality and beyond.
Experience in Recruitment
Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within the hospitality industry, with a strong understanding of candidate attraction, selection methods, and talent pooling.Great Judgement and Talent Spotting
An excellent judge of personality and potential, you’re a natural talent spotter who thrives on finding the right fit for every role.Strong Communication Skills
Open, honest, and effective communication with both candidates and internal teams is key. You can build trust and rapport with all stakeholders.Attention to Detail
