Summary
LHA Property Services is looking for an experienced general labourer to support our maintenance team in providing a first-class maintenance & estate management service for our tenants.
LHA Property Services is looking for an experienced general labourer to support our maintenance team in providing a first-class maintenance & estate management service for our tenants.
In return, the successful candidate will receive an excellent remuneration package, including:
- Annual salary of £27,200 (pay award pending)
- 37.5 hour working week
- a pension scheme of 5.7% employer contributions
- a holiday entitlement of 40 days per annum

Key activities will include:
- Driving of vehicles for the transportation of work teams, tools, equipment and materials.
- Maintenance activities - grass cutting, hedge trimming and ground clearing etc.
- Hard landscaping - laying paths/slabs, fence erection, drainage installation etc.
- Soft landscaping - planting, turf laying, weeding etc.
- Clearance of properties and outside areas where required.
- To assist in the cleaning of void properties when required.
- To assist with the ceaning of the communal tenanted or factored flat areas on rota with duties including but not limited to mopping floors and cleaning windows.
- To maintain accurate maintenance records.
