Refugee and Asylum Seekers Engagement Coach

ROLE DESCRIPTION

We are seeking an enthusiastic Refugee and Asylum Seeker Engagement Coach to work across college to support learners with refugee or asylum status in to and to continue their education. This role will include working with adults and young people with unaccompanied asylum status. As well as work in the community and supporting the college to gain "College of Sanctuary" status.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Supporting Learners: Support learners with accessing education, engaging with 3rd parties (e.g. social services).

Community Engagement: Working with a variety of external stakeholders to meet the needs of learners the community and the college in gaining "College of Sanctuary" status.
