Summary
We are recruiting for a hands-on Warehouse supervisor to supervise a small team of experienced warehouse operatives. This role requires a strong balance of leadership, organisation, and being customer focused. The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach and be comfortable handling both physical warehouse duties and computer-based tasks, including data entry.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervising and supporting a team.
Overseeing day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
Dealing with customers professionally and effectively.
Managing stock control, data entry, and system updates.
Operating a forklift (Counterbalance FLT licence required).
Ensuring health & safety and warehouse best practices are followed.
Working closely with the Operations and Warehouse Manager to streamline processes.
Requirements:
We are looking for candidates with previous supervisory experience
Strong customer service skills
FLT CB licence is essential
Must be comfortable with computer-based tasks including data entry
This is a permanent position working daytime hours. 40 hours a week.
