Salary: £31047.36pa
Hours: 35 hours per week.

YMCA Derbyshire is looking for a Governance & Compliance Manager to play a vital role in Corporate Governance and Compliance.

What We’re Looking For:
A strong background in corporate governance, risk management, and compliance.
Experience working with Boards, Trustees, and senior leadership teams.
Knowledge of charity governance and compliance.
A passion for ethical leadership, transparency, and upholding the values of the YMCA.
The appointment is subject to YMCA Derbyshire receiving two satisfactory references, an Enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check and a six-month probationary period.
