Summary
The Role:
We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our busy centre. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive top-tier service while maintaining the smooth running of our administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day administration, including bookings, scheduling, and customer inquiries.
Supervise and support office staff, ensuring a high standard of customer service.
Handle financial tasks such as budget tracking.
Coordinate with instructors and operational staff to optimise daily schedules.
Ensure accurate record-keeping.
Support marketing initiatives
Requirements:
Proven experience in office management or a similar role.
Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with booking systems.
A proactive, problem-solving attitude and ability to multitask.
A passion for adventure sports is a plus!
