We are looking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced individual to undertake the role of a Plumber within our Property Services team. The role available is within our Responsive Repairs team based at Newburn working in the Tyne Valley/West Northumberland Area.

About you
We are looking for a multi-skilled Plumber to join the team to assist Karbon Homes in delivering an excellent repairs service that promotes a culture of customer first and continuous improvement.
You should have completed a recognised Plumbing trade apprenticeship and possess all the skills necessary to deliver all aspects of Plumbing works to a high standard in occupied and void, domestic and non-domestic, premises ranging from minor repairs to the installation of major components.
You should hold relevant qualifications (refer to person specification) and also have experience and practical knowledge of carrying out multi-skilled works in other trades such as Joinery, Plastering and Tiling works.
Customer service skills are essential for this role, as is excellent knowledge of health and safety.
A full UK driving licence is essential.
