Summary
This vibrant school is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated General Science Teacher to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to inspire students across a range of scientific disciplines, fostering curiosity and a love for learning. This role begins April 2025.
Duties as a General Science Teacher:
- Plan and deliver engaging and interactive science lessons in line with the national curriculum
- Teach a combination of Biology, Chemistry, and Physics at [Key Stage 3/Key Stage 4]
- Assess, monitor, and support student progress, providing constructive feedback
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Contribute to the development of science resources and extracurricular activities
Ideal General Science Teacher:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- A degree in Science or a related field
- Passion for teaching and inspiring young minds
- Strong communication and classroom management skills as a General Science Teacher.
- Ability to differentiate lessons to cater to a range of learning abilities
