Summary
Gordions Capital is a dynamic and rapidly growing property development company specializing
in real estate investment, development, and trade. We are seeking a highly experienced Senior
Manager to join our team and contribute to the company’s strategic growth in the UK and EU
markets.
Key Responsibilities:
● Oversee and manage real estate development projects, investment planning, and trade
operations.
● Lead business negotiations and establish partnerships within the development and
property sectors.
● Supervise investment control, audits, and financial planning for ongoing and future
projects.
● Communicate effectively with international clients, investors, and stakeholders.
● Represent the company in business meetings, conferences, and industry events.
● Regular business travel across the UK and EU as required.
Requirements:
. Higher education in Economics, Management, or Engineering (Construction).
. Minimum 5 years of managerial experience on a board-level position within a company in
the UK or EU.
. At least 5 years of experience in the development industry, including real estate trade and
investment planning.
. Strong communication skills, including fluent proficiency in at least two of the following
languages: Czech, Slovak, Ukrainian, or Polish.
. Proven experience in customer service, business negotiations, and strategic
decision-making.
. Practical experience in investment control and audit is a plus.
. References from real estate, construction, or property development companies are highly
desirable.
