Summary
Develops staff by undertaking in assessments of need, competency/proficiency and the delivery of training. Designs, implements and monitors adherence to local Pharmacy, Trust and National Policies. Works closely with the chief pharmacist and her deputy in order to deliver the service required Manages all non pharmacist staff including pharmacy technicians, healthcare scientists, scientists, technicians, admin, business and support staff. Works closely with the Associate Director of Pharmacy; Transformation and Business Lead, to support development of business cases and develop the services as required to be robust and fit for the future demands. Works closely with and provides cross cover with Operational Manager (Pharmacy)
