Summary
Thorn Baker are looking to hire a Mastic Man to comeplete some work in Egware, London. Operatives must complete a minimum of 4 flats per day. Work Commences Monday 10th March.

Key Responsibilities:
- Apply mastic and sealants to various surfaces, including windows, doors, and joints in construction sites.
- Ensure that all work meets company and safety standards.
- Prepare and clean surfaces prior to the application of mastic.
- Work closely with the project manager and other construction team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Maintain high levels of quality control and craftsmanship.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and guidelines on the worksite.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Mastic Man or in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of mastic applications, materials, and tools.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- A valid CSCS card is preferred.
- Full driving license (optional but preferred).
