Summary
Part-Time Self-Employed Mastic Applicator.
Mastic applicator, to apply a watertight, clean and professional finish sealant to various interfaces internally and externally with high precision on a range of building projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Apply high-quality mastic to new build and refurbishment projects
• Work efficiently and professionally on building sites and in domestic properties, liaising with other trades, site managers and home owners
• Ensure a clean, neat, and professional finish
• Work safely and adhere to site regulations at all times
• Travel to different locations within East Anglia
Key Requirements:
Previous experience as a Mastic Applicator
Right to work in the UK
CSCS card
Own vehicle and full UK driving licence
Flexible availability – workdays may vary due to project demands
Building site experience (desirable)
SSSTS card (advantageous but not essential)
Strong communication skills
Good attention to detail
Own PPE and ladders
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to keep a clean, organised work environment
Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations at all times
Additional Information:
This is a self-employed position with work available at least 2 days a week, with potential to increase this year. Due to the nature of construction projects, flexibility is essential to meet project demand.
