Summary
Assist the Estates Manager to ensure the security, safety, and cleanliness of the school premises, including maintenance of the site in line with agreed practices and policies
Practice and promote fair and equal treatment of all staff, parents and pupils while carrying out the duties detailed in this job description
To be a designated key holder for the school, alongside the Estates manager and caretaker responsible for responding to out of hours call outs
Undertake daily and weekly tasks in line with compliance and best practices ensuring that the school grounds is a safe working environment for staff and pupils, and welcoming to all visitors
To be a vital positive member of the site team & Safeguard and promote the welfare of our pupils
