We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic individual to join our established team. Reporting to our ASB Team Leader, our ASB Coordinator plays a crucial part in addressing and resolving issues of anti-social behaviour, working to create safer and more pleasant environments for our residents. They provide day to day admin and support for the Anti-Social Behaviour Team, in collaboration with teams across MSV and with external agencies.

In addition, we are looking for candidates that have a passion to advocate on behalf of people and communities.





What do our ASB Coordinator’s do;

Take full details and prioritise initial reports of ASB, domestic abuse and hate crime that are referred to the ASB Team before assigning to an ASB Officer.

Deal with incoming and outgoing ASB calls.

Investigate and respond to reports of anti-social behaviour.

Work with partner agencies, including the police and local authorities, to develop and implement effective solutions.

Provide support and guidance to victims and witnesses of anti-social behaviour.

Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on anti-social behaviour cases.

Contribute to the development of strategies and initiatives to prevent and reduce anti-social behaviour.





What we are looking for;

Good standard of education with minimum of 5 GCSE’s or equivalent at Grade C or above including Maths and English.

Good standard of IT skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

A problem-solving approach.

A commitment to promoting community safety and well-being.
