Omega is partnering with a well-established, dynamic company, based in Swindon, who are seeking a Customer Support Advisor to join their team, due to continued growth. This role offers the chance to provide vital administrative and sales support within the business.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts for work undertaken on behalf of the company.
• Make proactive outbound calls to book appointments for the field sales team and upsell services to existing customers.
• Handle inbound sales enquiries efficiently.
• Maintain a system for managing incoming telephone and email sales enquiries.
• Keep an up-to-date database of quotations, agreements, and supplier questionnaires to support client relationships.
• Raise purchase orders to enable brokers to complete work for the company.

Qualifications/Experience:

Essential:

• Proven customer service experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Desirable:

• Experience in office-based customer service roles.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
