Summary


District Nurse SPQ


Salary Range: £37,338to £44,962- depending on experience (Band 6)


Location:Upton Hospital, Slough


Working Pattern:Monday to Friday: 8:30 am – 4:30 pm. Includes 1 weekend every 4 weeks (with days off during the week), plus rotating shifts of:

• Late Shift: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

• Early Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

This unique role takes you beyond the traditional nursing setting, allowing you to work across the local community and provide care to patients in the comfort of their own homes while being able to have a strong work life balance.


In this role no two days are alike.You'llcare for patients with a wide range of needs, from wound care to end-of-life support, offering you the chance to expand and refine your clinical skills. • You will visit a number of patients on a daily basis in their own homes
• You will provide high quality nursing care to a range of patients with varying healthcare needs
• Some of the healthcare you will be expected to provide include; end of life care, wound management, and much more
• Full time (37.5 hours per week) and part time opportunities available
• Located at Upton Hospital, Slough covering Central Slough and surrounding areas
