Are you an enthusiastic teacher looking for a new and exciting challenge?
An exciting opportunity has arisen within our academy for an enthusiastic and inspirational Teacher of Food Technology who will encourage and create a nurturing environment within which everyone can reach their full potential.
You should have experience of teaching Food Technology across the ability range for KS3 and KS4. The successful candidate will have the ability to inspire learners to achieve excellent results. Our friendly, thriving, and supportive team believe in working collaboratively, sharing ideas and supporting each other to achieve great things as we further develop innovative teaching and learning strategies. Ninestiles, an Academy is a developing and improving academy and this is an exciting opportunity to be a part of and support that journey. To facilitate the smooth running of the faculty, a small number of KS3 art and DT lessons may be included on the timetable of this post.
For the right candidate we will be able to offer a TLR as a curriculum expert to support the Head of Faculty in shaping the direction and development of the subject, with specific responsibility for developing and managing the curriculum for Food Technology. The post holder will assist with managing colleagues, the effective, safe and efficient deployment of resources and securing and sustaining high quality teaching and learning in the subject; all leading to aspirational and successful outcomes for Ninestiles learners
