Bristol Old Vic Theatre School is seeking a part-time Admissions Administrator to provide effective administrative support for the enrolment of students onto BOVTS full-time postgraduate programmes and part-time short courses.
The role holder will assist with processing applications, arranging interviews and auditions, and ensuring clear ongoing communication with applicants throughout all stages of the onboarding process. They will also coordinate all administrative aspects of the School’s non-degree courses (adult short courses and youth courses), including liaising with course leaders, booking rooms, producing timetables, and acting as the initial point of contact for accommodation enquiries.
Equipped with excellent administrative skills, high attention to detail, and experience using Google Suite and Outlook, you will take the lead in ensuring smooth and efficient admissions processes for both postgraduate and short courses.
The ideal candidate will be highly organised, self-motivated with a calm and logical approach, and possess excellent communication skills. This is an exciting opportunity to join the Theatre School’s Marketing & Admissions team and support the delivery of the School’s educational offerings.
Contract: Permanent, part-time
Salary: £13,500 per annum (£27,000 pro-rata)
