Summary
Greet customers in a pleasant and professional manner.
Work with members of other teams to help orders get picked, packed and supplied to the customer as quick as possible.
Serve customers as a priority.
Ascertain from the customer the reason for their visit.
Process orders.
Create an order on our system of the customer requirements and help and advice where required.
Try to upsell on orders with added products to do the job required. Pick orders processed by you and other counter staff and sales team.
Check orders picked by other counter staff and warehouse team.
Pack orders correctly.
Back-order processing and contacting customers.
