Summary
We are proud to be partnering with an award-winning Housing Association with operations across the Merseyside and Cheshire area, who are looking to appoint two Joiners on a 1-month contract, with a strong chance of extension.
This will be a full-time position based in both central Liverpool and Runcorn, offering an hourly rate of £25.00 per hour via a CIS company.
The successful candidate must have access to their own vehicle, however there is a mileage reimbursement rate of £0.45p per mile.
Please see below the required duties:
- Responsive joinery in social housing properties
- Responsive multi skilled plumbing in domestic properties, largely focused on kitchens and bathrooms
- Installing doors, UPVC windows, skirting, flooring
- Replacing bath panels, sinks, showers and taps
