Nursing Home Manager – Up to £70,000 p/a
Location: Spalding Area
Are you an experienced Registered Nurse with a passion for elderly care? Do you have a strong leadership background and a commitment to ensuring high-quality care? We are seeking a skilled and motivated Nursing Home Manager to lead a well-established and reputable nursing home in the Spalding area.
This is a fantastic opportunity to oversee the day-to-day management of a home with an excellent local reputation, supported by a dedicated and experienced team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and support a team of healthcare professionals to deliver the highest standard of care
- Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and best practice guidelines
- Develop and implement person-centered care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident
- Manage budgets and resources effectively, ensuring efficient use of staff and equipment
- Build strong, supportive relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders
Requirements:
- Valid NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN)
- Proven experience in a managerial or senior nursing role
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team
- A passion for delivering high-quality, person-centered care
- In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance standards
