Summary
Exciting new opportunities available in Warrington! Due to a huge increase in work, our client who is a leading manufacturer of cable management systems, is looking to recruit & add an experienced MIG Welder to their AM shift. General duties: Setting up the components & equipment for the welding process as per Job Card Preparing materials and setting up jigs to ensure safe and effective assembly Interpreting specifications and drawings accurately, to ensure product is within specification and within tolerance MIG welding Mild and Stainless Steel Housekeeping - Clean as you go Working knowledge of 5s (would be advantages but not essential) Key Skills: Ability to read drawings. Be a quick learner and have a positive attitude to work, colleagues and management at all time Dexterity and practical skills, along with being a clear, logical thinker Be computer literate and proficient with IT systems within a manufacturing environment Ability to communicate well at all levels The ability to keep track of key information - attention to detail is essential Tenacity to seek out information and correct answers We have the following shift available: AM - Monday to Thursday 0700 - 1600 & 0700- 1200 on a Friday An immediate start is available after successful interview & weld test.
