Previous experience of running new build site is essential
Ability to read construction technical drawings - essential
Must hold in date SMTS - Site Manager qualification - essential
First aid qualification essential
scaffold inspection qualification essential
Manual handing certificate and training - essential
Asbestos awareness - essential
Ability to work at height - essential
