  • WORKING PATTERN: Depending on your experience level we'll want you to be working in the office most of the time as you settle into your role with a view to moving to hybrid working where you'll be in your hub office for a minimum of two days per week.

We have an exciting opportunity to join the People Activation Team in the Consumer Relationships People & Places team, where you'll be able to gain experience in HR, working in a lively and dynamic team.

Consumer Relationships, with c. 35K colleagues across a number of business units, has an aim is to deepen our relationships with customers through personalised experiences and outstanding customer service. Whether that's within our large customer facing areas of Customer Engagement, that make up our community banks, digital bank, and Personal Banking. But also, key areas that offer centres of excellence for things like customer insight, customer data and analytics, and brands and marketing. We also have the new digital-led mass affluent offer too.

Our role is to deliver and embed a range of programmes and initiatives across our business unit, as well as offer workshops for training and knowledge building. We play a vital role in helping land the LBG-wide "People Must-Wins" as well as driving the CR People Plan.
