If so, we’ve a fantastic opportunity within our Construction business for an ambitious and talented Site Administrator to join us in Cambridge.

About the role

As our Site Administrator, you will perform site-based administrative duties proactively and efficiently, enabling site office staff to work quickly and without disruption. Answering telephone calls, enquiries and requests and handling them courteously and appropriately, you will be responsible for filing and retrieving company documents in addition to creating and modifying documents such as invoices, reports, memos, letters and financial statements. You will set up and coordinate meetings and conferences as well as completing general administrative activities such as booking flights, train tickets and hotel rooms and anything else that may be required.

About you

With a good standard of education and the ability to deal effectively with colleagues, you will have proven experience working in an administrative role coupled with strong interpersonal skills. With excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills, you will have the ability to interpret procedures and policies of the organisation and will be comfortable handling a wide variety of situations and problems.
