Summary

Role Overview:
Due to continued growth, we are seeking a new addition to our office team for the role of Educational Administration and Support Officer. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth administration of our educational services, particularly around AQA Unit Award certifications and TQUK functional skills exams.
Key Responsibilities:
AQA Certificate Management: Sort, prepare, and post AQA certificates to the relevant parties.
Exams Administration: Handle the administration of TQUK functional skills exams, including access arrangements.
Work Marking: Assist in marking submitted work for children up to Functional Skills Level 2 and providing thoughtful feedback.
Customer Service: Provide support to families regarding exams and certification processes.
General Office Duties: Execute various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the office.


Qualifications and Skills:
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Experience in educational administration, or a related role in an educational setting or a similar role is preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Comfortable with cloud-based software, including Google Suite and Canva.
Proficient in using spreadsheets and creating documents for business use.

Additional Information:
The first six months of employment will be a probationary period.
