YOUR ROLE:
As an Accounts Assistant, you’ll be responsible for a variety of finance tasks, including:
âœ”ï¸ Credit Control – ensuring timely payments and managing customer accounts.
âœ”ï¸ Sales Ledger – processing BACS payments, cash allocation, and reconciliations.
âœ”ï¸ Purchase Ledger – matching, batching, and coding invoices.
âœ”ï¸ Payroll Cover – full training provided to expand your skills.
âœ”ï¸ Ad hoc finance duties to support the team.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
We’re looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant with:
âœ”ï¸ Knowledge of credit control, sales ledger, and purchase ledger.
âœ”ï¸ Experience using Sage Line 50 would be advantageous but not essential.
âœ”ï¸ A proactive and organised approach to managing finance tasks.
âœ”ï¸ Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
