In an innovative and fast-growing energy company at the forefront of creating sustainable solutions, we are looking for a proactive, highly organized individual to join our team as a C-Suite Founder's Associate. This role is integral in supporting our C-suite leadership team, ensuring seamless execution of strategic and operational initiatives.
Role Overview
As a C-Suite Founder's Associate, you will work closely with our executive team to facilitate critical communications, coordinate strategic projects, and support fundraising efforts. This role demands a resourceful, detail-oriented professional who can manage multiple priorities and thrive in a high-paced environment. You will be key in enabling the C-suite to focus on strategic goals and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Support fundraising activities and manage the Virtual Data Room, ensuring all documents are accurate and up to date.
- Ghost-write correspondence and manage CRM for investor relations.
- Project manage contributions from the C-suite for investor materials and grant applications.
- Prepare materials for monthly shareholder meetings, including agenda, pre-read materials, and meeting minutes.
- Attend and document key meetings (leadership, customer, supplier, and partnership meetings), ensuring clear meeting minutes and tracking action items.
- Draft and ghost-write communications on behalf of the C-suite, ensuring clarity and consistency across all messaging.
- Manage scheduling, diary, and travel logistics for the C-suite.
- Oversee the organization of team social events and general administrative tasks.
- Act as a liaison between the C-suite and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and timely follow-up.
- Support strategic initiatives and projects across departments, coordinating with marketing, finance, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution.
Qualifications
Required:
- Proven experience in a high-level administrative, executive assistant, or operations role.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including professional correspondence and meeting minutes.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and document management systems.
- Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
Preferred:
- Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment.
- Familiarity with investor relations and fundraising processes.
- Project management or operational support experience.
- Background in customer or stakeholder relationship management.
