Summary
Neway are currently looking for a Senior Surveyor to join our client based with Newham Council.
This role is starting asap, working 36 hours a week in an ongoing contract.
*** Role will be paying £35 PAYE which is approx. £45 Umbrella***
To undertake all responsibilities listed below:
• Detailed interpretation of and advice of all terms of a commercial property lease.
• Interpretation, implementation and negotiation of commercial rent reviews and lease renewals.
• Due diligence and completion of Licences for assignments, subletting, alterations and Deeds of Variation.
• Management and mitigation of rent arrears.
• Identify all issues of disrepair, although not necessarily being able to advise on the best remedial actions.
