Summary
We are currently looking for candidates for Baler Operative to work with our client, who is a Waste Management specialist
Location: Leeds-LS10 area
Pay rate : £12.50ph going up after probation
Shift: Monday to Friday 06:00-18:00 you must be flexible to working on days and night when needed ( night shift allowance will apply)
Key Responsibilities:
Operating baling machinery safely and efficiently
Ensuring materials are correctly fed into the machine
Maintaining the baling area and ensuring cleanliness
Performing routine checks and maintenance on baling equipment
Following safety protocols and company procedures
Requirements:
Previous experience operating baling machines or similar equipment is preferred
Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions
Ability to work safely in a fast-paced, industrial environment
Strong attention to detail and troubleshooting skills
Availability to work on days and nights
