Summary
e are seeking a skilled and dedicated Window Fitter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of windows in various settings, ensuring that all fittings meet safety and quality standards. This role requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to work with various materials and tools to achieve precise results.
Duties
Install and replace windows in residential properties.
Perform necessary adjustments and repairs on existing window fittings. Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for cutting, shaping, and fitting materials.
Collaborate with other tradespeople, including carpenters and electricians, to complete projects efficiently.
Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Maintain a clean and organised work environment throughout the installation process.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Window Fitter or in a similar role within the construction industry.
Proficiency in using hand tool and power tools.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues on-site.
Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
