Acorn by Synergie is working with a client in the Health, Beauty and Wellness industry who are seeking a creative, fun and friendly individual to join their Operational team as a Value Added Service (VAS) Administrator.

The successful candidate will collaborate with internal teams to ensure high level of service is delivered to all customers.

Responsibilities:

* Work alongside the Sales and Brand team to design labels for new customers.

* Creating new labels using the Bar Tender deign tool.

* Print labels in a timely manner.

* Stock management - this includes ordering new stock when required.

* Handling any returns that arrive back at the warehouse.

* Support the re-work team where required.

* Basic administrative duties.

* Experience using SAGE.

* General adhoc warehouse duties when required.

Key Requirements:

* Previous experience in a similar role.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel.

* Experience in SAGE.

* Experience using Bar Tender or similar software is preferred.

* Ability to work as part of a team.

* Highly organised.

* Keen eye for detail.

* Flexible to work additional hours as required.

* Strong administration skills.
