Summary
SALARIED GP VACANCY - 2 SESSIONS We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, committed salaried GP to work alongside our well-established forward thinking friendly and innovative team. 4 GP partners, 1 salaried GP, pharmacist, nursing/health care assistant team and a supportive administration team all of whom provide excellent care for its 8000 patients Prescribing Pharmacist Nurse Practitioner Vision clinical system, eConsult & Docman Workflow Friendly training practice for Registrars and medical students Six weeks annual leave plus one weeks study leave to allow continued professional development which is encouraged Practice participates in the majority of enhanced services and are high achievers in QAIF and the prescribing scheme awards Practice supports and contributes to the Llwchwr Cluster Team which has four local practices as team members Situated close to the M4 (junction 47) and the magnificent Gower Coast The role will include working alongside the practice multidisciplinary team, managing a clinical caseload and dealing with a wide range of health needs in a primary care setting. The post-holder will be expected to deliver a high standard of clinical care to patients via telephone triage, face to face consultations and on-call cover. Other duties will depend on the skills of the applicant. The partners support its staff by encouraging teamwork and appropriate training to enhance their skills and knowledge.
