Summary
Prepare and lay roofing tiles, ensuring proper alignment and secure placement.
Repair and replace damaged tiles, ensuring structural integrity and weatherproofing.
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings for accurate installations.
Work with various roofing materials, including clay, concrete, and slate tiles.
Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations and building codes.
Collaborate with other tradespeople to complete roofing projects efficiently.
Inspect roofs for potential issues and provide recommendations for maintenance or repairs.
Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
