5.6 weeks annual leave (pro-rata)
I'm a nice, creative woman who is housebound with neuroimmune illness and needs a kind, reliable and committed PA. This is a rewarding post for a caring person who enjoys vegetarian cooking and helping someone.
Duties are primarily shopping for and preparing healthy veggie food which may need blending due to gastric issues.
Main duties:
Shop for and cook food
Bring shopping
Domestic tasks like cleaning my small flat
Trim very small garden
Pick up prescriptions, take packages/collect from post office, unpack deliveries, recycling
Push wheelchair if I need to get to an appointment
Any other reasonable task
I need a caring non-smoker with experience of cooking healthy veggie food and have recipes to follow. I feel very unwell and need someone calm and sensitive.
Due to low immunity I need a PA with strong immunity and good health who isn't regularly exposed to sources of infection (eg children) and who will let me know if they or someone living with them has any infection symptoms. For this reason it is unlikely to suit someone living in a flatshare.
I'm looking for someone to work regular agreed shifts and can commit long-term so the post is unlikely to suit students. Please do not apply unless you are sure you can commit and meet the criteria - I'm very unwell and it's hard for me to recruit or train replacement staff.
