Summary
I am seeking a compassionate and reliable Personal assistant (PA) to support myself who has complex medical needs. I live on my own, however I have family that visit regularly.
Each day my pain and fatigue make it difficult, sometimes impossible for me to manage ‘normal’ everyday tasks. I have reduced mobility, pain and fatigue. Sometimes I shall need help with some personal care and wish for a PA to support me to go at my own pace and ensure my dignity is respected.
I would like a PA to help me manage a fulfilling and comfortable lifestyle.
I like going out sometimes when I feel able, but also suffer anxiety around this, and the support of a PA shall allow me to do this more easily. I have a car, which I am able to drive, but would like my PA to accompany me on outings, going outdoors, for example, the Botanical gardens, walks (I have and use a Powered Wheelchair when out and about and a hoist in my car). I would like accompanied round the shops, to hospital appointments etc.
I shall need PA support for general household management, such as tidying sometimes, changing my bedding etc. The goal is to empower me to live as independently as possible whilst offering the care and support I need.
I am a very easy going, relaxed, caring person myself. I have a dog and cat so it would also be great if you enjoy (or at least tolerate) them also.
If you are reliable, trustworthy, friendly, empathetic and genuinely caring, please do get in touch.
