Summary
Join our team as Head of Digital & Content at Warwickshire County Cricket Club, where you'll lead our digital strategy to grow and engage our fanbase, enhance digital platforms, and drive data-led decision-making. This role will oversee content creation, live streaming, and the optimisation of digital products like our website and app, ensuring they deliver exceptional experiences for fans and stakeholders. You'll work across teams to develop innovative digital solutions that strengthen our brand, support commercial objectives, and position the Club as a leader in digital innovation.

• Proven experience leading digital content, data, or product teams
• Strong track record in executing data-driven digital strategies that grow fan engagement and revenue
• Expertise in managing digital platforms (websites, apps) to enhance user experience
• Knowledge of live streaming production and digital content monetisation
• Experience in leveraging data and insights to optimise performance and decision-making
• Ability to drive digital innovation and integrate emerging technologies
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and project management skills
