Summary
Morgan Hunt is working in partnership with a Further Education College located in the West Midlands. We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Digital & Computer Lecturer to join a cohesive and dedicated team of teaching professionals.

The Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Digital & Computer Lecturer to join a dynamic and forward-thinking team. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality teaching in Computer Science and related courses, including BTEC, T Level and other related vocational programmes.
Key Responsibilities:
· Plan, deliver and assess engaging computing lessons
· Monitor student progress and support individual learning needs
· Support and motivate students to achieve their full academic potential.
· Contribute to curriculum development and innovative teaching resources
· Ensure timely completion of course-related administration and quality assurance
· Promote safeguarding, equality and inclusion in all aspects of the role
Educations, Skills and Requirements:
· Degree in Computing, Computer Science, or a related field or equivalent professional experience
· A recognised teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one)
· GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
· Ability to teach topics including Networking, Security, and general Computing subjects
· Strong communication, organisation and team collaboration skills
· Commitment to safeguarding and continuous professional development
