Graduate Teaching Assistant – What You’ll Be Doing:

• Providing 1:1 and small group support to students, helping them understand and engage with the curriculum
• Assisting with lesson planning and delivery, ensuring students stay focused and motivated
• Supporting students during class activities, projects, and assessments
• Helping students develop study skills, revision techniques, and exam strategies to boost their academic performance
• Encouraging students’ confidence and participation in their learning
• Supporting classroom management, helping to create an engaging and positive learning environment
• Collaborating closely with teaching staff to meet the individual needs of students, including those with additional learning needs

Graduate Teaching Assistant – What We’re Looking For:

• A 2:1 degree or higher in any subject
• A genuine passion for education and a desire to help students succeed
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain ideas clearly and effectively
• Previous experience in tutoring or educational support is desirable but not essential
• Patience, empathy, and flexibility in addressing the needs of different students
• A proactive attitude, with a strong desire to support students in their academic and personal growth
• An interest in pursuing a career in teaching or education
