Job title: ServiceNow Solution Designer

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and architecting end-to-end ServiceNow solutions that meet business requirements and drive digital transformation across IT and business operations. The ServiceNow Solution Designer will collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex business needs into scalable, efficient, and flexible ServiceNow solutions while ensuring alignment with best practices and industry standards. Key Responsibilities:

Design and architect ServiceNow solutions across various modules, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and more, to meet business requirements.

Work closely with business stakeholders, business analysts, and technical teams to understand business needs and translate them into detailed design specifications.

Create and maintain solution designs, including high-level and detailed architectural diagrams, system interactions, and workflows.

Ensure that ServiceNow solutions align with ITIL best practices and industry standards.

Provide technical leadership and guidance to development and implementation teams, ensuring that designs are implemented correctly.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of ServiceNow with other enterprise systems and tools.

Develop and document solution strategies, standards, and guidelines for customizations, configurations, and integrations.

Drive the definition of system architecture and work closely with architects to ensure the design follows ServiceNow’s recommended best practices.

Ensure that the designed solutions are scalable, flexible, and secure, with a focus on long-term sustainability.

Manage the lifecycle of the solution design process, from initial requirements gathering to post-deployment support and optimization.

Continuously stay up to date with new ServiceNow features, capabilities, and industry trends, and apply this knowledge to improve solution designs.

Provide support for ongoing enhancements and optimizations of existing ServiceNow implementations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in designing and architecting ServiceNow solutions, including modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and others.

Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, functionality, and best practices.

In-depth knowledge of ITIL frameworks, processes, and their implementation within ServiceNow.

Strong expertise in creating high-level architectural designs, technical specifications, and documentation.

Experience working with complex ServiceNow integrations, including web services (REST/SOAP), middleware, and third-party applications.

Ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable and effective ServiceNow solutions.

Experience with ServiceNow’s configuration management, workflows, business rules, and scripting (e.g., Business Rules, Client Scripts, and UI Actions).

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Proven track record of working with development teams, project managers, and business analysts to deliver successful ServiceNow solutions.

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) are highly preferred.

ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or other relevant certifications.

Experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics, Service Portal, or custom application development.

Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Knowledge of other IT management and automation tools.
