Job title: ServiceNow Process Consultant

The ServiceNow Process Consultant will work closely with business stakeholders to analyze, define, and optimize business processes, ensuring the successful implementation and enhancement of ServiceNow solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of ServiceNow's capabilities, along with expertise in ITIL processes and best practices, to help clients streamline operations and improve overall service delivery. This is a future opportunity with flexible employment options.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and analyze their processes, goals, and pain points.

Lead workshops and sessions to define and document business processes, ensuring alignment with ITIL best practices.

Translate business requirements into ServiceNow solutions by configuring and optimizing ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, etc.).

Design, document, and improve business workflows within ServiceNow to streamline service delivery and enhance user experience.

Provide expert guidance on ServiceNow capabilities and process improvements to ensure the alignment of business goals with ServiceNow features.

Lead the design and implementation of process changes and improvements on the ServiceNow platform, ensuring alignment with business needs and objectives.

Assist with the development of process models, flowcharts, and process documentation for internal teams and stakeholders.

Support change management and process training for end-users and administrators.

Collaborate with ServiceNow architects, developers, and administrators to ensure process solutions are successfully implemented and meet business needs.

Stay up-to-date with new ServiceNow features and updates to recommend process enhancements and system improvements.

Ensure that all processes follow best practices and align with ServiceNow governance policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong experience in ServiceNow process design and optimization, including ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request Management).

In-depth understanding of ITIL frameworks and processes, with the ability to apply them within ServiceNow.

Experience in configuring ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD) to enhance business processes.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Excellent communication and facilitation skills, including experience leading workshops and training sessions.

Proven track record of working with cross-functional teams to deliver process improvements.

Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and drive consensus on process changes.

Knowledge of process automation and optimization techniques.

ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) or equivalent experience is a plus.

Experience with ServiceNow scripting (e.g., Business Rules, UI Actions) and integrations.

Experience with Agile methodologies and project management frameworks.

ITIL Certification (e.g., ITIL Foundation) is a plus.
