What skills and experience we're looking for
The school business manager (SBM) is responsible for managing the strategy and operation of the business functions of our school, including financial management, health and safety, human resources, compliance and administration.
They will advise on and implement the day-to-day support that enables the school to operate effectively and efficiently, and that allows other members of the leadership team to focus on teaching and learning.

The role will provide opportunities for creativity, long term strategic developments and daily challenge of providing the best service for our school community.
We’d love you to come and visit us so we are opening our doors on Thursday 13th March. Please email admin@wardenhill.gloucs.sch.uk to book a time.
We will facilitate a handover period with the current School Business Manager for the successful applicant.
