We’re looking to recruit to a brand-new role in our HR team to support our commitment to expand and coordinate our learning and development activities across the Council. You will be key in the delivery of our ambition for our people through a journey of grow connect and empower.



About you



You will have proven experience of working in the field of HR and/or learning, coordinating activity and supporting colleagues to access relevant and effective personal development opportunities. You will be a great communicator and adept at building good working relationships with people across all types of roles and responsibilities. You will be committed to our values of learning, empathy, ambition and fairness and understand how these are demonstrated in yours and others work. This is a permanent full-time role, Monday – Friday, and we’re happy to consider flexible working arrangements for the right candidate.
