Summary
The post holders primary function of the role is to work alongside Criminal Justice Liaison and Diversion practitioners as part of the Criminal Justice Liaison and Diversion Support Time and Recovery (STR). The STR worker will work with individual clients in providing support with practical concerns or difficulties that might be affecting their mental health, wellbeing and other identified vulnerabilities. The STR worker will provide time limited 1:1 support to clients giving information and/or support to allow them to access a wide range of agencies and services that can provide help and advice with for example, housing, social isolation and exclusion, education, debt management, employment problems and any other identified vulnerabilities.
