Summary

HR Assistant - Temporary - Southampton, England - £14.46 Per Hour

An Exciting opportunity has arisen for an HR assistant to join a well-established team based at our client's site in Southampton.

Hours of Work: Mon to Fri, 9am to 5pm

Location: Southampton

Salary: £14.46

Role Responsibilities:

To undertake input to systems and maintaining the employee
To deal with administrative queries relating to this.
To provide administration support.
To assist with HR/Payroll related projects as
To ensure all procedures and processes comply with employment policies, data protection, legislation, equality and diversity issues and best
To maintain accurate and objective records of all HR activity and interventions, in accordance with agreed procedures and practice

The ideal Candidate:

Administration experience
Experience in using systems and inputting data
Ability to prioritise and organise workload effectively within a deadline driven and changing environment, using initiative as appropriate
Numerate and Literate with excellent accuracy and attention to detail
