Summary

This post represents an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual to join the University’s Strategic Communications and Brand team. We have a sector-leading team in place, coupled with a wealth of stories to tell across digital, broadcast and print media both at home and internationally.

The Senior Internal Communications Officer will support the smooth running of our internal communications via the design and delivery of effective staff and student campaigns and messaging, using a range of different channels and media to ensure engagement with key university messages from our internal audiences. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Building and updating our staff intranet to make it the go-to place for information, news, events and updates
• Building e-newsletters for staff and students
• Using video and audio to tell stories in different and engaging ways
• Using social media and continuing to build Keele’s digital audience
