Job Overview:
The Best Connection are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Workshop Administrator to help ensure the smooth operation of our clients repair centre based in Manor Royal. This role plays a vital part in efficiently processing repairs, managing technician schedules, handling parts logistics, and maintaining strong communication with both customers and suppliers. The ideal candidate will be proactive, customer-focused, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The salary range is dependent on experience and the successful completion of an interview.
Key Responsibilities: Repair Administration & Scheduling Parts & Logistics Management Customer & Supplier Communication Finance & Documentation. Skills & Experience Required: Previous experience in a workshop, logistics, or administrative role. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. This a Temp2Perm opportunity for the right candidate, to find out more apply to register your interest!
